Sept 12, 2005 - SGC Oxford's collaborator, Eric Meggers, uses rigid metal complexes to mimic the shapes of natural products in order to achieve higher potency. Crystallographic structures of these new compounds complexed with PIM1 were solved in-house at SGC Oxford, clarifying the mechanism involved.
